简要规则描述：为消除园内的安全隐患，给游客较高的舒适感，提升入园人员满意度，拟对绿地进行硬件设施改造，涉及地砖铺装更新、木平台更新、厕所修缮、浮雕墙修缮、体育设施维修、灯光线路修复等。主要包括：拆除工程、步道更新、铺装工程、绿化工程、电气工程等。（具体数量及要求详见工程量清单/图纸。）
Brief Specification Description: To eliminate potential safety hazards in the park, provide visitors with a higher level of comfort and enhance the satisfaction of visitors, it is planned to carry out hardware facility renovations in the green space, including the renewal of floor tiles, the renovation of wooden platforms, the repair of toilets, the restoration of relief walls, the maintenance of sports facilities, and the repair of lighting circuits. It mainly includes: demolition works, trail renewal, paving works, greening works, electrical works, etc. For specific quantities and requirements, please refer to the bill of quantities/drawings.
合同履约期限：本项目施工工期90日历天，计划开工日期：2025年7月10日（暂定，具体开工日期以采购人通知为准）
The Contract Period: The construction period of this project is 90 calendar days. The planned start date is July 10, 2025 (tentative, the exact start date is subject to the notice of the purchaser).

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高中小企业在政府采购中的份额，支持中小企业发展：本项目专门面向中小企业采购，评审时，小微企业产品均不执行价格扣除优惠。（2）扶持监狱企业、残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业；（3）优先采购节能环保产品政策：在技术、服务等指标同等条件下，对财政部财库〔2019〕18号和财政部财库〔2019〕19号文公布的节能环保产品品目清单中的产品实行优先采购；对节能产品品目清单中以“★”标注的产品，实行强制采购。供应商须提供具有国家确定的认证机构出具的、处于有效期之内的认证证书方能享受优先采购或强制采购政策。(4）购买国货政策：本项目不接受进口产品。

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：1、未被“信用中国”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法失信主体、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；
2、须系我国境内依法设立的法人组织；
3、其他资格要求：施工现场项目管理机构拟派人员配备要求：
人员配备要求：5人；岗位、数量、资格要求：园林项目负责人（园林专业中级职称）1人、安全员1人、质量员1人、材料员1人、中级园林绿化工1人（班组负责人）。
